Once your return arrives at our facility, allow 1-2 weeks for inspection and processing. After approval, refunds are issued within 2-3 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
Please note that payment processing fees charged by credit card providers are non-refundable.
If your product is defective or damaged: Don't use the standard return process. Email hello@italic.com with photos and your order details, and we'll send an immediate replacement if available.
