What is Italic's return policy?
Returns
Products may be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags
attached) within 30 days of delivery. Bath and bedding items must also be returned in their original duster bag.
Return Fees
Members receive free standard returns. Non-members are charged an $8 return fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Choose a full refund as Italic credit and receive a 15% bonus (does not apply to orders paid entirely with credit)
- Exchanges are processed at no cost when exchanging for a similar item and size
- If you paid with a combination of credit and card, refunds are applied to credit first
Exceptions
- Candles are returnable for Italic credit only
- Sale items (Member Archive, Member Drops, Private Sales) are final sale
Processing Your Return
Once your return arrives at our facility, allow 1-2 weeks for inspection and processing. After approval, refunds are
issued within 2-3 business days to your original payment method or as store credit. Payment processing fees charged by
credit card providers are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Return labels expire after 7 days
- Refund method (credit vs. original payment) cannot be changed after selection
- Items from different orders should be returned separately
- Gift returns require a gift receipt or original order information and are issued as credit only
Return Standards
All items must be returned in as-new condition with original tags attached and in original packaging. This includes
duster bags for bath and bedding items. Returns may not be accepted if there is damage to the product (stains, odors,
holes, missing tags, etc.) or packaging outside of transit or manufacturing issues. If returned merchandise doesn't meet
our standards, you'll be notified. You may request that the item be shipped back to you at your expense within one week
of notification.
