How are refunds processed?

Refund method depends on how you paid for your order.

• Full refund as Italic credit: Receive a 15% bonus (does not apply to orders paid entirely with credit)

• Refund to original payment method: Standard refund with no bonus

• Mixed payment (credit + card): Refunds are applied to credit first, then to your card

Once you select your refund method, it cannot be changed.
