Italic products are shipped from both US and international locations. With that said, you may receive multiple packages for one order. The estimated shipping window is stated on the product page.
The estimated delivery date will be based on a few different factors, including the purchase date (when an order was placed), warehouse location (US or international), destination (the customer address), and shipping method (e.g. UPS Ground, FedEx 2-Day Air). Other factors - such as federal holidays and inclement weather – may also impact the transit time of your order.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, although shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFPO addresses may take longer than average.
We are unable to ship items from our overseas facilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO boxes, or postal codes starting with 006-009, 967-969, 995-999. Always check the individual product page for details.
We do not ship to Canada or any other international locations, but we’re working hard to bring Italic to those outside the US as soon as possible.
For members, we offer free standard shipping for all orders. For non-members, we offer free standard shipping for orders greater than $75. For orders below, we charge $8.
All customers have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional $29.
For orders with 10 or more units of product, we charge a shipping and handling surcharge to cover extra costs associated with the size of the order. This includes bulk/corporate orders placed directly on our site.
After an order is placed, you can expect to receive a few different updates:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For non-members, orders with a value equal to or greater than $75 will receive free shipping. Members receive free shipping on all purchases, regardless of order value. If you want to initiate a return, please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped, you may track your shipment(s) on the Italic tracking page.
If you have placed an order and have not received any updates, or 5 days have passed since your order date, please let us know. Our Customer Experience team will be happy to help!

If your order is marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after seven business days, please let us know here.
If you happen to receive your original order after you’ve received your replacement package, we kindly ask that you return the original order. You can contact us, and we will send you a return label so you can ship the original package back to us free of charge.
