  • I just placed an order, where can I find my order confirmation?
  • If you don't see your order in your account, or you haven’t received a confirmation email, here are a few steps to help locate your order details:

    1. Check your order page. Your order details should be available under your account settings on the order page.

    2. Confirm the email. A confirmation email is sent to the email address used during checkout. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders and if the email was sent to an alternate email address (double-check for typos or use of different accounts).

    3. Order on Hold. In some cases, your order may be on hold due to address or payment verification. If this happens, or you’re still unable to locate your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team at hello@italic.com for assistance.

  • How are refunds processed?
  • Refunds and exchanges vary slightly depending on how the products were paid for. If you opt to get a full refund in the form of Italic credit, you will get a 10% bonus credit top-up. However, no 10% bonus credit applies to full credit refunds on a 100% credit-paid order.

    If you have chosen to get refunds in the form of Italic credit, we cannot switch it to your debit/credit card and vice versa.

    If you used a payment combination of Italic credit and debit/credit card, the refund will be processed in Italic credit first, just like how Italic credits are redeemed before the balance is charged to your card when you place an order.

  • Will my order be charged sales tax?
  • It depends where your order is being shipped. See more info about specific state sales taxes here.

  • Can I change my order after I've placed it?
  • Our team moves quickly to fulfill your order as soon as it's placed! This means that we are often unable to make changes after an order has been placed. This includes changing the shipping address or rerouting the order, changing item specifics, or the payment method.

    Although we’re unable to edit the contents of your order after it’s been placed, we will try our best to help you edit your shipping address or cancel your order completely depending on how far along your order is in the packaging process.

  • How do I cancel an order?
  • If you'd like to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If a product has shipped, we'll assist you with the return process.

  • How can I use a promo code?
  • You can enter your promo code on the cart page. You'll see the link to add the Promo Code directly under the Taxes field.

    Please note that we cannot stack promos and discounts can only be applied to the total amount of the item. Discount codes cannot be used on final sale and member drop/archive items.
