In April 2025, we relaunched our membership program to give customers more ways to earn, save, and elevate their shopping experience.

Italic Insider (Free)

Italic Insider is a free membership that is activated after your first order. Benefits include:

• $1 credit for every $10 spent

• Access to Member Deal Days

• Birthday gift

• Enhanced credits for reviews and referrals

Italic Bold ($60/year)

Italic Bold is a premium membership that pays for itself and more. For $60/year, members receive:

• $120 in credits ($30 quarterly, first issued immediately)

• Free shipping and returns on all orders

• Quarterly free fragrance with $50+ purchases

• Exclusive sales, events, and pre-orders

• Early access to new products

• Up to $5 credit for product reviews

• Priority customer support

• Voting rights on future product launches

• Special product pricing

• All Insider benefits included

Italic Bold goes above and beyond. It's our way of demonstrating our commitment to and appreciation of our most committed customers. We'll continue adding new benefits as the program grows, and we recommend getting in early.

Yes. You are not required to have a membership to shop at Italic, though members do get the best deals and exclusive benefits.

Your Bold Credit will arrive every 90 days in $30 increments, coinciding with your membership activation date. For example, if you started your membership on April 15th, 2025, your next credit drops would be delivered on:

• July 14th, 2025
• October 12th, 2025
• January 10th, 2026
• April 10th, 2026

You'll also earn 10% cashback, receiving a $1 credit for every $10 spent. We make credit information available to all members on the Membership page and the Italic Bold tab of your settings page, including the next credit drop date, credit expiration, and credit accrued.

The sky is the limit! There's no limit to the number of orders or items that you can purchase with either membership tier.

Lifetime credits refer to your overall earned credits since joining the membership, including all used and unused credits. This information is available on the Membership page and the Italic Bold or Italic Insider tab of your settings page.

You can check your credit balance at any time on the Membership page of your account. Depending on your tier, you will see either "Italic Insider Membership" or "Italic Bold Membership" displayed in your account, along with your respective benefits and credit information.
