• When should I place my order to make sure it arrives by December 25?
  • During this busy time, our team is working hard to ensure that all orders are shipped and delivered to you or your recipient as quickly as possible. To ensure your orders will be delivered by December 25, please reference our order cut-offs below:

      • For all standard ground shipping, place your order by 12 noon PST on December 12. 
      • For expedited shipping, place your order by 10 AM PST on December 20.

    Please keep in mind that these are standard cut-off dates and we highly recommend that you place your orders as early as possible as we cannot guarantee that there will not be any carrier delays during this time.

    As always, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on the location of the warehouse that fulfills your order. The estimated delivery dates will be shown upon checkout. Please refer to Italic’s standard shipping policies here.

  • Will you be running any Holiday promotions?
  • Yes - this year, for the first time ever, you can shop Italic products up to 50% off. New products will not be available for sale during this period. However, you can shop best sellers, and holiday favorites at special pricing. This offer will be available from 11/16 - 11/27.

    In addition, as an appreciation for our Bold Members, we will be hosting Member Week from 11/6 - 11/11. This week will feature special offers, promotions, and even free gifts exclusively for our members. Please check out our Bold Membership page for more details.

  • What is your return policy for holiday orders?
  • We’re pleased to offer an extended 60-day return window for all eligible items purchased between November 1 through December 24. All terms and conditions of Italic’s Return Policy apply. Please refer to individual item return policies which can be found on each product’s page. This extended return policy does not include any promotional items or items marked as FINAL SALE.

    Please note that due to the high volume of orders and returns during this time, your refund may be delayed up to 10 days due to warehouse processing times.

  • Can I purchase a gift card or gift Membership?
  • We do not currently offer gift cards or gift Memberships at this time, but we’re working on this!

  • Do you offer any gift wrapping services?
  • Unfortunately, this is not an available option at this time. Orders will come in regular boxes when shipped out. Some products are packaged gift-ready, so please refer to each individual item’s product page for more information.

    Due to our large network of fulfillment partners, we are unable to include greeting cards in any order as orders may be fulfilled by more than one partner.

  • Will you exclude the prices and receipts if the order is a gift? How will recipients know I sent them a gift?
  • All orders will include packing slips, but they will not contain prices, invoices, or receipts.

    The recipient can find out who the sender is by reaching out to our customer experience team. Please provide the order number provided on your gift’s packing slip.

    If you received a gift and would like more information on the sender, please reach out to our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you as long as you have an order number. Please note, we cannot provide any personal information regarding the sender.
