We allow refunds to be made on eligible products that are in compliance with our return policy. All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment by default. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your card on file.
Below are specific methods of getting a refund:
- If you paid for your order using your card on file, you have the option to get a refund via store credits or your card on file.
- If you paid for your order using store credits, we can only process the refund via store credits.
- If you paid for your order using both store credits and your card on file, the refund will first be processed via store credits and the remaining balance will be refunded to your card on file.
