I just placed an order, where can I find my order confirmation?

If you don't see your order in your account, or you haven’t received a confirmation email, here are a few steps to help locate your order details:

1. Check your order page. Your order details should be available under your account settings on the order page.

2. Confirm the email. A confirmation email is sent to the email address used during checkout. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders and if the email was sent to an alternate email address (double-check for typos or use of different accounts).

3. Order on Hold. In some cases, your order may be on hold due to address or payment verification. If this happens, or you’re still unable to locate your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team at hello@italic.com for assistance.
